The Leonard W Kidd Memorial Post 2001 Charitable Foundation was created as a compliment to the Leonard W Kidd Memorial American Legion Post 2001. The charitable foundation is a 501c(3) public charity. 99% of all contributions go directly to helping our veteran community.

We had the honor and privilege of attending Amazon’s first Community Foundation grant awards to Northern Virginia non-profits reception this Thursday at the Amazon HQ2 in Arlington. Amazon received over 100 grant requests and awarded 46 grants ranging from $500 to $10,000. Our Charitable Foundation was so fortunate to be awarded $10,000.
